Manchester BJCP Exam

I am organising a BJCP beer tasting exam in Manchester in April 2018 and am looking for people interested in becoming beer judges who want to take the exam.
The aim is try and increase the number of qualified BJCP beer judges in the north of England and to allow us to run our own competitions.
This exam is the second part of the process of becoming a qualified judge. The first is an online, multiple choice test about beer styles and the judging process.
Neither of these exams are extremely hard but do involve getting a good understanding of beer styles and the competition process. In order to help people learn these things I will be organising a course of online sessions involving judging beer and discussing styles and the processes. These will probably be monthly and will be starting as soon as I get it organised.
